Refund Policy

In the following situations, we will issue a full refund:

1. Failure to Meet Agreed Results**: If the outcome of the design service does not meet the requirements agreed upon by both parties (such as design style, quality, etc.), the customer may request a refund.
2. Failure to Deliver on Time: The initial draft was not completed within the agreed timeframe.
3. Service Not Started: If the customer cancels the order before the service begins and within 12 hours, a full refund can usually be requested (if the customer paid via PayPal, PayPal's handling fee will be deducted).

For other cases, we will issue an appropriate refund based on the progress of the service.
